About Myself Week One


Here are a few things about myself. I play lacrosse and run cross country. I have three dogs Spike, Teddy, and Bella. I also have one very rude cat named Scout. My cat is like a human being he eats chips and other human food. Something I really enjoy is hanging out with Dad because he is my role model in life and helps me through hard times. Those are just a few things about myself. 

I have multiple goals this year for my English class and blog. One goal of mine is to have a grade 86% or higher. I would like to accomplish this goal because I need to get grades in every single high school class so I can go to the college I want. Another goal of mine is to get a lot better as a writer and with my use of commas. I would like to get better at both of these because I need to be able to use both of these skills my whole life. Those are a few goals of mine.

    I like how you are different in not saying my dad, just dad. I also like how you don't go too deep, into one part of you life.

     If I was a ruler on a deserted island the first plan I would put into action would be who would be the people in charge of certain things. The different positions there would be is vice-ruler, head of hunting/fishing, head of shelter, head of explorers, and head of escape/rescue. The traits the vice-ruler  is that they must be a leader, an idea of my beliefs of running the island, and have some type of leadership before he/she got stranded. The traits of the head of shelter is that they must be a skilled craftsmen so that they can build the shelter and some type of work in construction in their life before being stranded. Story in the Summer Week Two

I was at my house with my friend Ben. Ben and I decided to go outside and play basketball. We decided to play horse. It was a close game but I beat Ben in the game even though Ben is a lot better then me at basketball. Ben was really angry because I won by making a shot that I probably I would never make again.  Ben and I then decided to play a one on one game to twenty-one. I went up twelve to four then Ben started to make a comeback and had the game within four points. I then hit a three in which put me up on Ben fifteen to eight. I eventually one the game twenty-one to seventeen. I was happy because I usually never beat Ben in basketball because he has played it a lot longer then I did.

Hit and Misses

     I feel like this English year went well for me. I did have some misses with the hits. So one miss I felt I had this year was the literary analysis on Lord of the Flies. I felt like the literary analysis was a miss for me because I was awful at the literary analysis, I really just found the analysis hard and confusing to me. Another miss for me was the research paper. I found the research paper to be awful because it took up all my time for homework and it was hard to do work in other classes.      I had some hits this year. I felt the personal narrative to be a hit of mine because it was a easy paper for me to write because it was based on something personal to me not, something I researched or read. Another hit for me this year where the blogs because I found them to be an easy way to twenty points and a way to improve my writing.
